How Falcon Manufacturing Planned Full Coverage for a 100,000 Sq Ft Warehouse
Falcon Manufacturing’s cameras covered less than half of its nearly 100,000 sq ft warehouse and often stopped working. SCW designed a 34-camera system on one 4K NVR to cover the entire facility.

With over 20 years in the industry, Falcon Manufacturing provides supply chain services to some of the world’s largest automotive suppliers.
With a warehouse of close to 100,000 square feet, reliable security coverage was crucial. Supervisor Corey Hamilton was dealing with an existing system that covered less than 50% of the warehouse.
I’ve got almost 100,000 square foot of warehouse space. And I would say probably about 60,000 square foot of it, I’m blind to.
The existing cameras also often stopped working at random. Corey found SCW through a Google search and engaged the team to scope and quote the project.

The Solution
Working with SCW, Falcon went through extensive design and planning to address every key requirement. The focus was a secure, scalable camera system that could monitor and manage the entire warehouse from one platform.
The solution included 34 cameras, all on one 64-channel 4K NVR.

The system designed for Falcon gives Corey the ability to monitor and manage the full 100,000 sq ft warehouse from one easy-to-use platform, with no more blind spots or unreliable cameras.
At the time of writing, installation was underway throughout the warehouse, to be followed by rigorous testing before handover.
