SCW has very good products. Their tech support is the reason I have recommended them to my friends. They apparently cannot be stumped with questions about installation, software or operation.
I am impressed every time that I talk with these people.
Best technical support of any company. You should train all the others.
Let's be honest. You probably don't expect to love a security company.
Most security companies have bad customer service and useless technical support.
They view their service teams as an area to cut costs... and it shows.

Many of the companies that install security cameras are not doing so legally in the state of North Carolina.
Our Asheville Branch is licensed and insured. We provide installation for SCW brand security cameras, as well as residential electrical contracting.
The state of North Carolina considers security camera systems a specialized form of an alarm - it is not legal to install security cameras in NC without a license from the NC alarm board and a low voltage electrical license. This makes a lot of sense: someone who installs and sets up a security camera system is creating your security system's user credentials and you want to be very judicious on who you hire. Our installation branch managers have passed stringent background checks, electrical exams and are BICSI certified. North Carolina also requires all alarm and security camera installation companies to have a licensed electrician to certify that the cables (which provide video, data and power meet the requirements of all electrical codes such as fire-taping, conduit, plenum, and safety. These requirements are necessary for your health, safety, and in the case of an issue your insurance company.
SCW provides licensed and insured electrical contracting and alarm/security camera installation service. These certification are shown below:
