Safari 12 and Plugin Conflict: 9/18/18 Support Bulletin
Safari version 12 was released Monday, 9/17/18 for MacOS Sierra and High Sierra users. The Safari 12 update isn’t automatic or required, at this point.
Safari 12 adds new restrictions on the makers of browser plugins. This disables our web-view plugins. This update affects plugin support for both the Admiral and Vanguard line series. As Safari 12 update isn’t automatic or required, we recommend users hold off upgrading to Safari 12 until further updates are made.
Users who have already upgraded to Safari 12 are still able to view their system via the client software or use Safari 11.
We're happy to help you set up and show you how to use the Mac OS software. For any setup questions contact us at 866-414-2553 option 2 for support.
